ICICI Bank said today that its net profit for the three months ended March 31 2023 was Rs 9,121.87 crore, up 30% year over year (YoY) over the same period the previous financial year, when it was Rs 7018.71 crore.

In a regulatory filing, private lender ICICI also declared an equity dividend of 8 per share.
“In accordance with applicable regulations, the Board has recommended a dividend of Rs. 8 per share, or $0.10 per ADS. The necessary clearances must be obtained before the dividend can be declared. In due time, the record/book closure dates will be made public, the lender stated in its results statement.
